Vilja Achté is a Helsinki-based artist interested in the possibilities of digital storytelling. Her practice is focused around creating 3D narrative environments that translate into videos, web works, projections and images.
She holds an MA in Visual Communication from the Royal College of Art (2016) and a BA in Graphic and Media Design from the University of the Arts London (2014). She is currently a practice-led doctoral researcher at Aalto University School of Arts, Design and Architecture (New Media, 2023-) and a visiting teacher in the department of Art and Media.
